Meister Productions is an entertainment, lighting, and decor company that is family owned and operated by husband and wife team, David and Kait Meister. With almost 10 years of experience in the Orlando and Central Florida market, the Meisters are well established, trusted professionals in the industry.
It all started in 2007 when, out of a passion for lighting and all things techie, I purchased my first set of speakers, mixer, and lights and set off without much of a clue as to where I'd end up. Years of studying, learning, growing, and trying to be the best in my field has allowed me to be a part of some incredible events! I've been resident DJ at bars in downtown Orlando, the official MC for Spring Break in Panama City, and have had the honor of working with hundreds of couples to help make their weddings one-of-a-kind and absolutely unforgettable.
Kait and I now operate as a husband & wife team, alongside a roster of some of the best entertainers and crew in the world. While our staff has grown over the years, so has our list of event services we provide. Meister Productions now operates out of a 6000 sqft warehouse and showroom full of rental items for your events!
My goal at the end of the day for your events is to take the stress and pressure off of you and your guests. Whether it's your year-end corporate party or your dream wedding reception, we're here to help.

Growing up in a house of DJs, I learned to love music at a very young age — my first performance was at a wedding at the age of 14. Now with hundreds of weddings under my belt, I am committed to making your special day one that you and your family will never forget and completely stress free. I deliver incredible energy from the moment your guests arrive, creating the right atmosphere for your event. Some of my specialties include today’s Top 40, party classics, and country music. I also bring my musical knowledge to special events such as Indian and Bollywood inspired weddings and contemporary Christian weddings.
In 2009, I was introduced to this crazy industry by my now-husband (boyfriend at the time). Who knew that in 2014 I would leave my job in the health industry to serve people in a whole new way as Event Manager for Meister Productions? My goal is to help others experience these “once in a lifetime” moments, and to bring back the excitement of these celebrations. Event planning is too often described as stressful these days, and it totally shouldn’t be! I feel that all couples should have the same relaxed giddiness about their wedding that David and I had.
Having trustworthy and knowledgeable people in your corner is a major key 🔑, and a huge motivation for what we do. I like to think of myself as your “wedding advisor”; from music, style, decor and timeline planning, I’m here to help. I do all of our backend tasks here at Meister Productions, and keep the train moving on the day of. My passion for planning and scheduling mixed with flexibility and preparedness is so helpful before, during, and after your event. I still shed a few tears at every wedding—whether it’s during the processional, the first dance, or a parent dance dance, the raw emotion of the day gets me every time.
My favorite type of music is a tie between anything you can sing/rap your lungs out in the car to (think, Taylor Swift or Fetty Wap) and anything to “kick back” to, (As Tall as Lions, Regina Spektor and Ingrid Michelson). When I’m not in the office or out celebrating with our couples, I’m home with David and our Great Pyrenees, Falcor, Aurora, & Moose.

I pride myself in being more than 'Just the DJ'! I feel like it is my job to help you make your vision, and dreams of your event come to life! I treat every event as if it is the only event I have, and work as hard as I can to make sure everyone who attends, walks away thinking it was the best event they have attended. More importantly, I make it my number one priority to listen my clients needs, and fulfill them!
In my opinion, being a DJ is not about being the center of attention. It is about being invisible.. the person that no one remembers.. because they had such a good time! To me.. the only thing that matters is; my clients' visions, their goals, and their dreams. It's not about me... it's about my clients!
My name is Dylan and I have been DJ’ing since 2011. I realized my passion for music when I came across old notebooks from my childhood. Every Sunday morning, I would sit in my room and listen to the American Top 40 on the radio, and make lists of the top songs from each week — I was an odd child. But hey, that really prepared me for the field I am in today! I am extremely grateful to have found "work" that I truly enjoy. No matter the event, I always give it my best to make sure that guests are dancing, and our clients are happy. I am knowledgeable with all of the wedding classics from the 70’s — today. But I really enjoy mixing 90s/2000s hip-hop and dance music. I also have a slight country side to myself as well since I was born in the sticks of Michigan. So some of my favorite artists I enjoy listening to in my own time, are Kygo, Gryffin, Arizona, Thomas Rhett, & J Balvin.
