EVENT COORDINATING SERVICE OPTIONS (& PRICING)

Any of our packages can be reserved with a 50% non-refundable retainer, which fully secures your date. All balance payments are due 2 weeks before your event date. Pricing reflects package rate vs standalone rate. 

CEREMONY ONLY - $350 / $450

1 Venue - Rehearsal & Ceremony (up to 150 guests)

 
  • Attend, organize & run one hour rehearsal 
  • Confirm times/meeting places for ceremony & getting ready spaces
  • Oversee decor setup for ceremony
  • Setup first look (if scheduled)
  • Track timeline, make sure entire wedding party has arrived 
  • Cue processional and recessional 
  • Final planning meeting/call 2 weeks before

PARTIAL PLANNING - $600 / $750

1 Venue - Rehearsal, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception through Cake Cutting (up to 150 guests)

 

Includes everything from previous package, in addition to -- 

  • Help direct cocktail hour & seating arrangements
  • Oversee decor setup for reception
  • Line up wedding party for grand entrances
  • Work with the DJ, Photographer, & Videographer to help capture special moments
  • Organize & direct any special activities that were added to your custom agenda
  • Prepare the wedding party & family members for special dances 
  • Organize & direct bouquet & garter toss
  • Make sure you get to eat & drink!
  • Coordinate cake cutting
  • Stay in constant contact with the facility & caterer to keep everyone on the same page
  • Wedding emergency kit provided
  • Final planning meeting/call 2 weeks before

FULL PLANNING - $1150 / $1400

1 Venue - Rehearsal, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception through Grand Exits (up to 150 guests)

 

Includes everything from previous package, in addition to --

  • Final details meeting 4 weeks prior
  • Confirmation of vendor services 2 weeks prior
  • Creation of wedding plan (itinerary, floor plan, & inventory list)
  • Wedding plan distribution 1 week prior
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Ceremony & reception coordination
  • Management of set up & tear down
  • Placement of all personal items (toasting flutes, cake cutting set, etc.)
  • Cue bride, groom & vendors for all main events
  • Distribution of final payments and/or gratuities
  • Use of wedding emergency kit
